Who We Are

At Red Cactus Events, we help organisations plan and deliver corporate events that are engaging, well-managed, and stress-free.

Our journey began in 2012 and since then, we’ve grown from strength to strength, building deep experience within the corporate events industry. Our role is to take the pressure off your team by managing every moving part, from concept and planning to logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site delivery.

Our team are practical, proactive, and detail-driven. We know successful events come from strong planning, clear communication, and calm execution when it matters most.

Over the years, we’ve developed a trusted network of specialist partners including entertainment, caterers, venues and hosts, all managed through our experienced team.

Our mission is simple: to make corporate events easy. You bring the objective, we bring the structure, creativity, and delivery expertise to make it happen.

Excellent day with the Red Cactus events team, who helped make our summer social a success for 90 attendees. The event hosts were friendly, encouraged the group and were flexible with how the day went and had some great gameplay ideas.
Old school sports day was a great way of bringing people together across the department, getting people to mingle and releasing their inner child – a lot of fun was had and would definitely recommend it.(Activities: we played was Old School Sports Day and Dodgeball)

We hired RCE for a major student welcome event held by our department within the University of Birmingham (their “Crystal Challenge” event). Not only did the team adjust to the English language levels of our students and remained conscious of this throughout (our department specialises in helping with and preparing non-native English-learning students for UK higher education), but they were fun, witty, and passionate about what they do! The communication from their team was top notice and they were able to adjust when there were issues with numbers due to student arrival dates. As for the event itself, the reviews from both staff and students were phenomenal! We all had an absolutely AWESOME time! Thank you so much for making the first major event for our students a blast and for helping them to form friendships that are still going strong to this day! We HIGHLY recommend RCE (this will be posted to Google Reviews, as well)!

A great experience using Red Cactus events for our staff meeting. Emily is brilliant and orgnaised a perfect day for our team. From the first contact, to getting the booking in place- it was very easy and Emily was always contactable for questions.
We hosted a meeting in the morning and then a sports day theme in the afternoon, whcih was outsourced to an activity company. The set up worked really well, great venue, great organisation and perfect planning! Our team all loved it and thank you again Emily!
